Only registered guests are permitted on the premises and in guest rooms unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Should any additional person visit or stay overnight in a room, the booking will be amended accordingly, and the applicable accommodation charges will apply.
This policy is in place to ensure the privacy, comfort, and security of all our guests.
The Green Lizard Guesthouse has a fully licensed restaurant and entertainment area.
Please note that cooler boxes, takeaways, outside food, and beverages not purchased on the premises are not permitted in the restaurant, entertainment area, or communal spaces.
We appreciate your cooperation and support of our facilities.
Guests are responsible for any damages, breakages, loss of property, or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
Any repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning costs resulting from negligence or misuse may be charged directly to the guest account.
Guests use the swimming pool and all guesthouse facilities entirely at their own risk.
The Green Lizard Guesthouse, its owners, management, and staff cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises.
While every reasonable care is taken, guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their own personal belongings and valuables.
The Green Lizard Guesthouse will not be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
We kindly request that all guests respect the comfort, privacy, and peace of fellow guests at all times. Please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a pleasant stay for all occupants.
Management reserves the right to request guests to leave the premises should their behaviour be deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful toward other guests or staff.
The Green Lizard Guesthouse cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, electricity interruptions, municipal service failures, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Should guests choose to depart earlier than their confirmed booking dates, the full reservation amount will still remain payable.
